Looking back at key moments that continue to shape our work in peace building

In 2022, Reseau Culturel SANGWA joined partners at Reseau culturel SANGWA Office in Kigali, to mark 10 years of the United Religions Initiative, recognizing the power of unity across faiths in building peaceful and inclusive communities.

The visit brought together 70Trustees and staff from URI member organizations across Africa, creating a meaningful space for exchange, learning, and collaboration.  

Reseau Culturel SANGWA proudly showcased crafts produced by its community groups, highlighting local talents and the role of cultural initiatives in promoting peace and social cohesion.

Beyond the celebration, Reseau Culturel SANGWA remains strongly committed to working hand in hand with people from different religious backgrounds to promote dialogue, mutual understanding, and lasting peace within families, communities, and across countries.
